The personas helped me arrive at better solutions as it gave an in-depth understanding of the user goals and frustrations and the overall personality.

I interviewed 3 potential users for mentees and 2 potential users for mentors. I also conducted a quantitative research using an online survey for 65 potential users, both male and female in the age group of 18 - 40.

  • This project was a bit challenging as I had to think from the mentee's side as well as the mentor's side. But, it was absolutely delightful to work on.


  • I learnt how important research is to understand the problem better. The research phase helped me broaden my understanding of the problem. One of the constraints was having limited people for the survey.
